Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, return eligibility is split between perishable and
non‐perishable goods. Non‐perishable items may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original
condition. Perishable goods (e.g., Frozen food, fresh leaves, fish, meats) cannot be returned
for health and safety reasons unless requested by us for investigation purposes.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be issued if: – You received a damaged or defective item – The wrong
item was delivered – An item is missing from your order
3. Evidence Requirements
We require clear photo or video evidence of the issue within 24 hours of delivery
to process refunds or replacements.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
